I’ve had repeated issues with the service at this Indian restaurant whenever a particular employee is working. She often seems extremely sleepy and drowsy, makes mistakes with orders, and appears to struggle with handling them properly. The most recent experience was especially frustrating: I waited a full hour for a delivery that was only two blocks away, just for chana masala and naan bread. A simple order like this should not take an hour to arrive from such a short distance. The repeated mistakes and long delays make the overall experience very disappointing. The restaurant seriously needs to improve its order accuracy, delivery times, and customer service. I hope management addresses these issues because customers deserve timely service and orders that are handled correctly.

I am a Indian in the US. Truly enjoyed the briyani. Spice level can be customised based on liking. Very clean and good hospitality.
