I used to really like this restaurant and considered it one of my go-to Chinese spots, but unfortunately I won’t be returning. This was the second time I’ve found a hair in my food from here. The first time was already upsetting, so having it happen again completely changed how comfortable I feel eating here. I ended up getting a refund for the shrimp dish, but what disappointed me was that there was no apology or acknowledgment that this was a repeat issue. I understand mistakes can happen, but when the same hygiene issue happens more than once, it makes it difficult to trust the food. I decided to stop spending my money here. I’m sharing this so other customers can be aware and make their own decision.
