Makeda Ethiopian Restaurant

Very disappointed with the customer service at Makeda Ethiopian Restaurant. We ordered three meals for pickup, but upon getting home, realized the injera was left out entirely. Injera isn't an optional side—it's the foundation of the meal. Living 7 miles away, driving back through traffic wasn't an option. I called hoping they would make it right with a refund for the missing portion, but the staff member refused and insisted I drive back to pick it up. A good restaurant takes ownership when they forget part of an order rather than placing the burden back on the customer. I won't be returning.

My husband ordered three menu, Kiki, lega tibs and some beyaynetu. We paid and added tips.But we found out no injera with it. We called right away and we been told to come and get it. We let them know our son is not willing to go back so please give us refund for the injera. They refuse to pay for the injera. I think it's bad for your name. As much as we like the plce, it's so disappointing to get this kind treatment
