Loco West Palm Beach

We visited Loco Taqueria & Oyster Bar for the first time on October 11, arriving around 12:40 p.m. My wife, daughter, and I waited more than 20 minutes without anyone coming to our table, not even to bring water or acknowledge us. I finally asked the host whether anyone was going to take care of us. The host apologized, so we waited another five minutes, but still no server came over. When we decided to leave, the host’s response was essentially, “My bad, come back next time.” That was not an appropriate way to handle a family that had been left waiting without service. A restaurant’s atmosphere and menu mean very little when guests are ignored. This was a deeply disappointing first visit, and we won’t be returning. If I could give zero stars, I would.
