Lesaac Ethiopian Cafe

This was my first visit, and it didn't disappoint. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere has a great family-oriented vibe. Highly recommend checking it out; I'm already planning my next trip back to try other dishes.

Very Poor Customer Service, Unprofessional Management, and an Unclean Environment! I have been visiting Lesaac Ethiopian Caffe for over four years. Although the food has always been good, the customer service has become increasingly disappointing. The owner’s behavior can be extremely emotional, aggressive, and unprofessional, which makes the overall experience even worse. The staff rarely greet customers, provide little attention, and often disappear after taking orders. Even getting the bill requires asking for it. Most concerning, during my last visit, flies were all over the food, making it difficult to eat our meal. The staff noticed the problem, yet the overall experience was unacceptable
