Been looking for an authentic Chinese restaurant and Lam’s was on the list. Their siumai’s good. However, the shrimp doesn’t taste fresh, maybe it was on the cart for too long. I was also craving for a crispy roast duck, hence I ordered it. However, the duck’s skin wasn’t crispy. Maybe since there were a lot of juices/sauces underneath (see photo). Overall, the taste of the food is superior to other Chinese restaurants I tried in FL. Will definitely go back to try their other dishes!
