I ordered pho to go and there were no napkins, no hoison or chilli flakes, no spoon, and no napkins. They weren’t busy at all. I wasn’t going to leave a bad review because I like the owner and come here all the time, but then I found a pepper that still has a sticker on it…which tells me they aren’t properly washing the vegetables.
