La Peña Horeb Spanish Restaurant

I ordered thru their app. I ordered it said my order will be ready at 12:35 I go in at 12"26 and she asked me if I wanted to see a menu I told her I ordered thru the app she proceeded to say she can't hear the app. Whats the purpose of having the app. She said my order will be ready in 15 min. I called back in and again the order is not ready waiting on my refund.
