We had a last minute situation that needed to be taken care of before leaving for vacation the next day. Jessica made sure that it happened. Great representative

We purchased a Thor Chateau 28Z in early June from LaMesa. We had to wait on a couple of parts before we could take it out. The parts department did an excellent job staying in touch until the parts were delivered. As soon as we had the parts we thought we were set so we began to get ready for our first trip. One of the things we did was open the awning. It looked fine, but within minutes part of the awning broke off of the RV. We immediately put it back in storage because we did not want water in the walls. Ft Myers was getting lots of rain so we did not want to risk any water damage. I immediately contacted the best salesman LaMesa has, Mr. Joe Pickett. Joe immediately went to work on our behalf to get it fixed. He worked with Jessica and JR of the LaMesa Maintenance department. Concurrently I contacted Mr. Marty McDonaugh, our Thor representative to get the warranty going to pay for fixing our awning. The team of Joe, Marty, Jessica and JR were amazing! We dropped or RV off on Monday and had it back completely repaired on Thursday! They even kept in under cover because of our worry about the water. I cannot say enough good things about this team, they were great! I hope we do not have anymore problems with our RV, but I feel certain LaMesa Maintenance in Ft Myers will take care of us.
