I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience trying to pick up a Too Good To Go order. The employee, who went by "Julia" (though it felt like a fake name), was extremely rude, unhelpful, and completely unwelcoming. Even though my friend had the app link ready to swipe and collect the order, Julia refused to hand over the food, claiming I had to be physically present. It honestly felt like she was just looking for an excuse not to give us the order. To make matters worse, she was eating with her mouth wide open the entire time we were trying to speak with her. It was a completely disgusting and disappointing interaction.
