Amazing restaurant with delicious food and outstanding service! The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and an excellent dining experience. Definitely a 5-star experience, and I will be coming back! We came to Kismet again this week — we come at least once a week because the food is always so yummy — and I have to say the new manager was absolutely excellent. She was working by herself with a lot of tables, and she handled everything with calm, professionalism, and a great attitude. Herman was also wonderful, and the two of them worked really well together. The service was fast, friendly, and impressive considering how busy it was. They both deserve recognition for how hard they work and how well they treat customers. One thing I do want to mention respectfully: the owner should avoid speaking to employees in a loud or harsh tone in front of guests. We could hear it, and it takes away from the great atmosphere the staff works so hard to create. Lowering his voice or addressing things privately would make a big difference. But we truly love this place — that’s why we keep coming back every week. Great job to Herman and the new manager for keeping the experience wonderful.
