You can tell that everything is made with care, and the hummus is honestly some of the best I have ever had. Every bite is delicious, and the quality of the food speaks for itself. What makes this business even more special is the owner. He is one of the kindest, warmest people you could meet, and you can feel the pride he takes in his food and his culture. He brings a beautiful taste of Moroccan culture to Belvedere Square, and it is wonderful to see an independent business owner sharing something so special with the community. Enjoyed some chicken over rice and a chicken wrap, both were excellent - flavorful, fresh, and ample. Good value. The owner is chill and friendly. Will definitely revisit.
