Kandahar Afghan Kitchen

My husband and I order take out from here all the time, but I rarely pick it up myself. Last night, I picked up the food, and found the employees (I think one was an owner?) to be so warm and welcoming, just really kind. The food was amazing as always (NO ONE cooks chicken like these folks), and it made me want to dine in next time, because the atmosphere was so pleasant.

We love Kandahar and I’m so glad we are lucky enough to live close. Their lamb is to die for (fall-off-the-bone tenderism) and we always get the aushak and kadoo. We’ve eaten both in person and gotten takeaway, and it’s delicious no matter what. I don’t have any photos to share for the review because we eat it too quickly!
