Jalisco has the BEST chile relleno I’ve ever had anywhere! The authentic battered chile stuffed with cheese and topped with that delicious red sauce is absolutely chef’s kiss! 🤌🏼🌶️ It’s so good that I’ve found myself craving it and spending money at other Mexican restaurants trying to find something comparable, but nothing ever comes close. If you love a good chile relleno, do yourself a favor and try theirs. I keep coming back because nobody else seems to get it quite right! Highly recommend!
