I visited this place yesterday with my husband for a dine-in experience, but unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The guy in charge was shouting at the young employees working in front of customers, and I felt really bad for them. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. No employee deserves to be treated that way, especially in front of customers. It made us feel uncomfortable and completely ruined our experience. Then came the food we ordered a chicken tikki masala but it was not that great. Based on this experience, we will not be coming back again. Very disappointing customer service!

I made a point to get there as soon as they opened at 12noon for the Sunday bufffer since the buffet side has booths get taken up quickly and the tables without booths have uncomfortable chairs are uncomfortable. On arrival, the entire buffet section was empty but the girl said I could not sit at a booth in the buffet section. When I asked why, she called a guy who in charge that day. I did see the owner from a distance and he waved to me and has always been very nice. The guy in charge said they are expecting 20 people who will be seated at the buffet booths and to sit at the non-booth table. Despite driving 20 minutes to get there, I just decided to go somewhere where I’d be more comfortable and told the guy I’d go elsewhere. I was not even the least bit upset since it was me who preferred not to sit at an uncomfortable table and felt it was not the restaurant’s problem. To my surprise, the guy over-reacted rudely stating “you don’t have to get mad. You can sit at a booth in the main dining room which normally is reserved for Al la carte customers. So sad what the service industry has been diminished to at many, not all, places. Had I actually gotten upset, he would have accused me of being upset but since I didn’t get upset, he got mad and projected his anger to accuse me of being upset….lol…he could have just said I’m sorry and offered the alternative table in main dining room. Anyways, just sharing my experience….wont be returning while he’s working there. His childish overly emotional reaction led to yet another customer lost. I’m sure it’s not the first time and won’t be the last.
