The bahn mi was not on a bahn mi bread, it was a sandwich roll. Changes the whole profile of the sandwich. Friends egg rolls were also 2/5

i came here last friday as a table of 2 and sat for 30 minutes without ever being helped. we were greeted initially and told to sit wherever. the server walked past multiple times but never took our order or checked to see had we been helped despite helping other customers. very disappointing as i did enjoy a pho spot in mount vernon and had come here numerous times before with friends and family. this experience just left a bad taste in my mouth and i don’t think i’ll be back.
