We visit this restaurant every time we are in Gainesville for a trip to UF, and we have generally enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, during our most recent visit, our server had a very strong and unpleasant body odor. Each time he came near our table, the smell was overwhelming and made me feel nauseous, which significantly affected our dining experience. I hope the management will address personal hygiene expectations with staff, as this can have a major impact on customers’ comfort and overall experience.

We sincerely apologize for your experience. We're sorry that your recent visit made you uncomfortable and affected your meal. We understand how important it is to have a pleasant dining experience, and we regret that we fell short. We will take greater care in the future and hope to have another opportunity to serve you better.
