Might be the best value indian food in the city, if not in general. Massive portions for $10 or less, while still being better than most of the brick & mortar restaurants in the area. Incredible value.
India on Wheels is of the few places where you can not only get a full, high-quality meal for $10, but you also get big enough servings to have a second meal. It’s also one of the few places that can make a really spicy dish or a really mild one without losing the flavor. The spice level varies. I asked for an 8 the first time and got what I expected, but when I ordered a 9 recently, I wish it came out a bit spicier (which I’ll have to ask for next time). Either way, you’ll definitely find something you like here.
