Sold me old lo mein. If it was “fresh” the product used to make it definitely wasn’t. I’ve been going to this place since a kid with my family so I’m highly disappointed. The fact that a worker here called me to make sure I was picking it up disgusts me the most. You just wanted to ensure that you were getting my money for this garbage. I had other people taste it as well to confirm that I wasn’t overreacting about the taste.

About the phone call: we call when an order hasn't been picked up because, like you mentioned, we don't want the food sitting out and going "old". It was never about the payment. Please give us a chance to make it right on your next visit.
