Flan Factory - Ybor

My wife and I were in Tampa to catch a cruise and needed some dinner. The Flan Factory was just down the street from our hotel, so we decided to try it out. This was an amazing idea! Looking at the menu beforehand, we saw what we wanted and headed out. Seeing a very nondescript building, we knew it was going to be a great place. When we walked in, we were greeted with an amazing smile and pleasant demeanor. We perused the menu again and decided on the Island Boy sandwich and the Arroz Frito bowl with chicken. We also got some flan, as it is a flan place and it is made in house, so we can't go wrong. We got the food back to our hotel and boy was it tasty! The sandwich was chock full of delicious coconut shrimp and the bread was perfectly crusty. The bowl was balanced and tasty! Finally, the flan was amazing. It was jiggly and creamy, just like a flan should be. Overall, this is an amazing restaurant and you should go!
