Great Cubano sandwich! And awesome chicken sandwich as well. All they need now is arroz. Definitely recommend eating here, I'm coming back again

The worst experience I've ever had!! I ordered online 3 Cuban sandwiches and 1 order of plantains. I was calling them several times to request no pickles, no mustard on the sandwiches and no garlic on the plantains. No one picked up the phone! I asked the delivery driver to tell them about my request cause the app didn't allow me to put request. They didn't bother of picking up the phone and they also said to the driver that the food was already made. How can I do my request when the app didn't allow me to it and they didn't pick up the phone? Worse customer service!! 😑
