DMV Turkish Furniture

Very poor I had a really bad experience. I did purchase. For My living room, complete sets of Dining table with the (6) chairs, sofa and loveseat. Total for $6000 . they are really good gambler people because after one day before they call me confirm for shipping the stuff to my house. I called them following day and I told them I changed my mind please whenever process you did cancel everything. I will come stop by but do not process anything. They say OK we are here to help you. Because unfortunately, unfortunately, I didn’t aware of it because they already charged my credit card that I apply from the store. Now I told him to refund the amount that you charge and I don’t have the product they keep denying to me and lies to me. Finally, they don’t have a choice. They have to refund the money because I don’t have the product and I did file Police 👮‍♂️ complaint. Shame for them I will see how long they can hold the money. There’s no way they have to refund the money to the credit card company. They are very bad customer service store .They just tried to rip you off. There is a lot better places and being a real people to deal with you . Because DMV Furniture in Manassas , VA unfortunately brings other companies furniture’s Selling double on peoples. they’re saying we have manufacturers they are wrong they are lies. As i may experience, I will let you’re know don’t go but , if you are want go to signed the paper. Let the Credit Card Company knows once you signed on the shipping agreement also You received your product then called in front of Allowed the credit card company to pay them. Because they are a good gambler snd they knows how can take customers money . Now one week , two week , four weeks , whatever but they have to refund it . DMV Furniture shame on you. I wish I never came to your store.👎
