Bugs in my pho. I am very disappointed, I knew this location had been previously shut down by the health department, but still gave it a chance. Unfortunately I did find some bugs in my pho. Some of the ingredients were also already gone bad and not edible. They need to get better at the cleaning of the food prep and kitchen all together. The front staff service was good at least.
Jae - Thank you for your feedback. However, I dispute your claim that we were ever shut down for any health violation. Please conduct a thorough research prior to making a claim without any substance. It is very damaging to a small business like ours. In addition, your take out order was made with care in our facility. I can't confirm what happens once it gets to your house. Our kitchen is small but we pride in keeping our place clean and serving everyone that steps in our door. Our kitchen is also an open kitchen and you are welcome to inspect us anytime at your choosing - simply just ask to use our bathroom and you will see everything.
