前段时间去迈阿密旅游，我们在这家中餐馆吃饭。因为当时不太饿，加上午餐套餐价格比较实惠，我们都点了 lunch special。老板娘知道我们是游客，一开始特别热情，让我们觉得很亲切。 其中一位朋友想吃捞面，不想要套餐配的炒饭。老板娘很爽快地说可以换成捞面，却完全没有提到价格会变，也没有说明换了就不算午餐套餐。我们当时还觉得她很贴心。 没想到结账时，才发现那份订单被按非午餐套餐的原价收费。如果套餐不能换，或者换成捞面需要加钱，当时直接说清楚就好，我们可以自己决定是否接受。 让人生气的不是单纯多花了钱，而是在没有被告知的情况下，被收取了更高的价格。前面的热情和结账时的落差，让我们有种被误导、被占便宜的感觉。无论是游客还是本地顾客，都应该得到清楚的价格说明和诚实的对待。这次经历真的很令人失望。 We had a frustrating experience at this restaurant while visiting Miami. We all ordered lunch specials because we weren’t very hungry and the prices were affordable. The owner knew we were tourists and was initially very friendly and welcoming. One of our friends wanted lo mein instead of the fried rice that came with the lunch special. The owner said that would be fine, without mentioning any change in price. We thought she was being accommodating. However, when the bill arrived, we discovered that the lo mein order had been charged as a regular-priced entrée instead of a lunch special. This was never explained to us when we ordered. If the substitution wasn’t allowed, or meant paying for a regular entrée, she should have told us upfront so we could decide. Agreeing to a request without explaining the extra cost is misleading. Her initial friendliness made the experience even more disappointing—we left feeling taken advantage of. Customers deserve clear, honest pricing, whether they’re locals or tourists.
