After trying so many Chinese takeout spots around Hialeah, we finally found our go-to with China Cafe. The food is always fresh and never greasy like other places. They don’t overdo it with that heavy smoked ham flavor that takes over everything… they really got the balance right here. They also offer family meal packs, and the prices are amazing for how much food you get. We usually order carryout or delivery, and every single time the staff is welcoming and friendly. We’ve been ordering from them for years now… at this point, they feel like family. Honestly, I just wish more people knew about this hidden gem.
