Chimba

Chimba offers a true Taste of South America in the heart of Midtown Miami — where bold flavors, vibrant culture, and creative technique meet. Our menu brings together craveable dishes inspired by the street food of Lima, the fire of Argentine parrillas, and the spice and soul of the continent. Led by renowned chef Benjamin Tellez, plates are crafted to share, cocktails are inventive and spirit-forward, and the vibe is warm, laidback, and alive with music. Whether it’s a long lunch, dinner with friends, happy hour or a laid-back weekend brunch, Chimba is a destination for food lovers who crave flavor, rhythm, and a little discovery in every bite.
