Had the Dry fried cauliflower, refreshing woodear, and Dan Dan noodles. I would echo the other reviews in that everything was excellent. The refreshing woodear was truth in advertising, the fresh cilantro and the thin layer of dressing on the mushrooms were a great accompaniment to the heat of the dry fried cauliflower. Dan Dan noodles were a nice, slightly sweet, dish full of flavor. The dry dried fried cauliflower was the table favorite (but it was a tough call). It had nice pallette filling flavor and the strong (NOT overpowering) Sichuan peppercorn gave it a nice floral flavor and the slight numbing of the tongue that accentuates the other flavors. For 2 adults we ate well and were completely full off just those dishes.
