Very disappointing experience. The service was terrible, and the restaurant’s advertising was misleading. The website clearly stated that Restaurant Week started Friday, August 21, and the restaurant even had a sign in the window advertising it. However, the experience did not match what was advertised. On top of that, the customer service was extremely poor. We were charged $7 for two burned egg rolls, which was unacceptable. My bun bo hue was also bland and lacked flavor. Overall, the food, service, and experience were not worth it. We will not be coming back.
