This was my 2nd time dining here and I was more than disappointed with the customer service I received and. The wait 3 people who arrived after me were served before I was. My order was forgotten by the cashier while I’m assuming the manager was arguing with another customer. The food is really good but is it worth coming back to this kind of treatment? I am not sure

The express ackee and saltfish was skimp, no ackee and just saltfish with two big disgusting dumplings and green banana. I’ll never eat here again. And the jerk chicken was more like brown stew chicken, nothing jerked about it. At one point the food used to be good a couple years back. It’s awful now. And the packaging is careless. The whole of the ackee juice leaked out all over the bags and napkins. This was the worse. I wish Royal Cafe was open I would’ve ordered from there instead.
