My husband was literally just at this restaurant, and the service was absolutely horrible. The food was just as bad. The chicken was visibly red and practically raw. This isn’t just about not liking the food—this is a serious food-safety issue. He literally did not even start eating the food, yet when he asked for his money back, they wanted to argue with him instead of simply making things right. Why make a situation like this difficult when the food was clearly unacceptable? This is exactly why you don’t have people coming back to your restaurant. Good customer service means listening to your customers, taking responsibility when something is wrong, and making it right—especially when you’re serving food that is clearly undercooked. Nobody should have to argue for a refund on food they couldn’t even safely eat. Hopefully management takes this seriously and addresses both the quality of the food and the way customers are treated.
