Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine - South Tampa

Paloma was a wonderful waitress today! The food was beyond delicious. The atmosphere was so impressive! I’m so happy that we decided to come here! The whole entire experience was 10/10. So much food!!!

The restaurant is nice... clean... the food really is very delicious. The food was very tasty good flavor but man... the food took id say about an hour to come out. Two entrees was all that we ordered, place was empty 3 other tables there. So not sure what happened if they forgot about our order or what but man we sat there and i specifically checked the time to see how long its been and it was pretty much an hour. No one came up-to us to check on us to apologize or anything. So that ruined the experience for us. One of the tables that came after got their food ate and left and it was 4 of them and we were still waiting for our food.

Amazing food! Augustine was awesome. I will be back!

Food is too good! Got the mixed platter for two and was amazing. Augustine the server was also fantastic! Will come back

Paloma gave us some amazing recommendations. Even though we have been to Bosphorous many times, this location and the service was over the norm. They really made it happen. Thank you Paloma. We will be back for sure.

They put milk in the hummus... Meat was well seasoned but no grill or char flavor. $18 for bread and hummus seems too much but tasted good. Falafel came with 5 tiny balls that were deep fried too long.

Always a delicious meal. Great atmosphere and service was fantastic.

Fulya and Gio were our services for a corporate dinner. They were excellent! The food was so good, the drinks were tasty. We will definitely be returning!

We visited Bosphorous tonight and left feeling a little underwhelmed. The restaurant is beautiful with a lovely upscale atmosphere, so we were looking forward to the experience. We ordered the house salad and mixed grill for two, but the food took a while and everything arrived at once. We were also disappointed to learn, only when the food arrived, that they were out of the Lamb Köfte—the dish we were most excited to try. Instead, we received another small overcookedchicken breast. The food was okay, but nothing about the mixed grill stood out, especially for the price. Dessert was mixed: the pistachio baklava was delicious, while the chocolate mousse was forgettable. Overall, beautiful setting and excellent baklava, but the service, pacing, and food didn’t quite meet our expectations.

The inside is gorgeous with various tile work around to capture a true middle-eastern feel of the place. Most of the appetizers are dips and are incomplete on their own because they're lacking something to dip with. So on top of their mixed appetizer of dips which is already $23, and it was good, we ended up having to get the bread separately for additional $6, so we have something to dip with. We also got charged double for the bread and they forgot to place our entrees into the system, so we ended up waiting super long for our dinner.
