Bombay Darbar Indian Restaurant

Very disappointing experience at Bombay Darbar in Fort Lauderdale. We arrived at exactly 9:39 PM and were told that dine-in was not available, even though there were still three tables with customers eating inside. We then asked if takeout was available, and they said yes. We ended up ordering part of our food through Uber Eats because of an offer and the rest directly in-store. If they were still accepting orders, it would have been fair to accommodate dine-in customers too. The service felt unwelcoming, and I would not recommend this place to tourists looking for a good dining experience.

I have been ordering happily from Bombay Darbar for years. Last night I did delivery through Grubhub and it was NOT good at all. The soup was so salty I had to pour it down the drain. The chicken tikka masala was also strangely very sweet. Not sure if there is a new chef or what happened to my order but I am not going to be ordering again for a long time. So disappointed.
