I walked into this place on a whim three weeks after it opened, and I am still thinking about the mixed grill kebab over rice. Every piece tastes like it came straight off a hot grill and onto the plate. The spicy sauce is measured just right. It is not a flood that drowns the meat, and it is not a timid drizzle you barely notice. A little heat, a little tang, and enough depth that it lifts the beef instead of fighting it. The rice underneath catches the juices and the sauce, so each bite is meat, grain, and spice together. It really does feel like an explosion of flavor, not one note after another, but all of it at once. The owner was out front and genuinely friendly, the kind of welcome that makes a brand-new spot feel settled already. Three weeks in, the kitchen is already turning out something this balanced, which is rare. Portions are generous without being sloppy, and the plate looks as good as it tastes. This is the sort of place people will claim they discovered early. For now it still feels like a quiet find. If you like grilled meat done properly, with sauce that knows its place, go. It is a gem, and it is already worth the trip.
