Beity is a Lebanese restaurant in Chicago’s Fulton Market, founded by Chef Ryan Fakih to celebrate the flavors, memories, and hospitality of his Lebanese heritage. Meaning “my home” in Arabic, Beity offers a modern expression of Lebanese cuisine, bringing traditional flavors together with contemporary technique, creativity, and a deep sense of place.
