Oh, my God!!! Mannnn, when I tell you I almost dropped my bag of food due to how heavy it was!? I ordered the oxtails large platter which comes with cabbage, rice, and mac n cheese. I was still running errands but almost an hour had passed by and I had finally made it home. As I was about to warm up my food, I opened the box and my food was so HOT! As soon as I fixed my plate and ate a piece of the oxtail, I praised the Lord for the blessing He provided me with to eat this meal! I am a sinner and am NOT worthy for eating such a delicious meal that was cooked with love, joy, and pain!!! Yes, yes, you read that right! I felt the ancestors of the Jamaican people come through to the restaurant owner when he made my plate. It literally was as if I was eating soul food with my family. Jamaican food is SOUL food!!! I have food left over which the price for the large is EXCELLENT!!! Come on down and get you some BOMBTASTIC food to eat. This meal reminded me of when I had Jamaican food in Mexico City (the owner was from Jamaica and relocated there (CDMX) with his wife) and the amount of food was so overwhelming that I went once a week while there (for a month). Warning: Make sure you get ready for the sleep-itis after eating it. Zzzzzz…..😴
