Furthermore, you reported this exact order to Uber Eats as 'not received' and claimed a full refund. If the food was never delivered as you claimed to Uber, it is impossible to review its taste—especially for items you did not actually order. First, you claimed a full Uber Eats refund, stating your seekh kabab order was never delivered. Now, you state your son ordered via DoorDash and the driver delivered the wrong food. If you received the wrong delivery bag, it is impossible for you to have tasted our butter chicken or chicken seekh kabab. Because DoorDash manages their own logistics, you must contact their customer service to resolve their driver's error. We maintain strict safety and quality standards at Basil Indian Cuisine and gladly welcome any standard inspections from the NYC Department of Health.
