The food is good. Although, I’ve noticed the difference of treatment towards my friends and I from the lady and one of the older gentlemen, compared to how I’ve seen them interact with caucasian customers. I’ve never once felt welcomed and I tried to ignore it and not jump to assumptions but it’s been on every occasion. With the repeated difference in treatment, it seems to be racial discrimination towards POC. Again, the food is always great. I hope their customer service improves one day. I believe every customer spending money on their business should be treated with the same level of courtesy and respect regardless of their race or color.
Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. It honestly breaks my heart to read your comment, and I am deeply sorry for making you feel this way. As an immigrant who moved to this country, I personally know how important it is to feel welcomed, respected, and included. I want to assure you from the bottom of my heart that I never treat anyone differently based on the color of their skin. The warm interactions you noticed were with regular customers I’ve known for over 10 years; they have seen this restaurant grow and feel like old friends. However, I completely understand how that familiarity can make a new guest feel left out, and for that oversight, I sincerely apologize. I would love the chance to welcome you back properly and build that same trust with you. If you give us another try, please let me know. I would love to personally ensure you have a wonderful dining experience
