Our journey began with establishing the Kura pilot production plant in 1954. Here, we laid the foundations of our sustainable approach to caviar production. We have proudly carried forward this legacy of excellence and environmental responsibility to the present day. We release 10 sturgeons into the sea for every purchase. We make delicious caviar from beluga, osetra, and sterlet, letting nature rule the process - fish grow without hormones. So, you get a pure black caviar taste. We offer overnight delivery across USA!

What an amazing experience! We had the Osetra with accompaniments and a bottle of prosecco. A wonderful date night. And our hostess Julia was so knowledgeable and helpful in teaching us and making suggestions for what to have. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and want a fun, upscale tasting experience.
Nathalia is just amazing. I was there for my bday and Baku caviar exceeded my expectations. Nathalia was very polite, explained the menu well , helped us take a few photos, and even gave me a little caviar desert with a candle as a little bday cake. My friend & I really enjoyed ourselves.
