I went here a few days ago, and I ordered a breakfast which consisted of Ackee and selfish. I spoke with the young lady one day and she told me they didn’t have any plantains ready. I went back there another day and the young man said he don’t cook them because it takes too much time. But yet still, it’s on the menu. I went there the third time and asked the young man Why don’t they have the fry plantain ready in the morning for breakfast? Because it’s on the menu. The young man proceeded to explain to me the time it took. So then I told him if it’s gonna take time it’s OK. It doesn’t make sense. I come here anymore for breakfast since you don’t want to cook the plantains. Long story short, he proceeds to the back, make the The plantains, which took him about 30 minutes. So now making me 30 extra minutes late for work it also took him my time to heat the fryer to make the plantains. By this point, I was an angry customer because I waited for something that should have already been prepared because you offered it on the menu. It wasn’t the first or the second time that I’ve asked now I’m very fond of this restaurant and their breakfast is very good but the attitude of the cook was very disgusting. Which as a Jamaican native food is something that We share our culture with people with grace and with dignity with pride. But that experience was not a good one and as a general manager, my aim is always so please my customers so I would’ve believed that he would’ve Thought the same as he is working in someone establishment. Hopefully, he changes the way he thinks. Because that was just diabolical. Not only that the plantains were also burnt that he charged me for so waiting getting burnt food definitely rubbed me the wrong way .

The food was overnight, stale and disgusting. They need to stop plus they expensive

Unfortunately this platter was not worth the $26 price tag. The jerk salmon looked good, but it was extremely dry and lacked the juicy flavor I expected. The cabbage was bland with almost no seasoning or taste at all, and the rice and peas were just average. For the price, I expected much better quality, flavor, and portion balance. Overall, very disappointing and not something I would order again.
