A Taste of the Philippines

I placed an order for catering with Kathy. She was so friendly and easy to work with. I ordered more than enough for 20 people and there was barely any left for the last few. Everyone LOVED it. We got several dishes and everything was outstanding. Definitely going on the favorites list.

It's an exquisite dining expirence. Something laid back but with a modicum of fine dining hidden in the relaxed aesthetic. It's like finding a rarity of the culinary type. The food nourishes the pallet and feeds the soul. There is the utmost execution and deliberate attention to quality and detail. The exploration of culture is very much paramount and with prudence. The delicate playful emulsification of flavor and texture rivals the best of the city in the middle. This establishment, is like finding a Degas at an estate sale. Absolutely beautifully executed with tantalizing flavor. As the flavors and nuances dance so trippingly across the plate, it's a pleasantry of mouth feel. There is nothing that goes unnoticed in preparation of such an expirence. With layered toothsome curation, it's truly a masterpiece in its own right.

Absolutely incredible!! Both the service and the food were phenomenal. The owner, Kathy, made recommendations to me as a 1st time visitor, and she completely knocked it out of the park. I had a longaniza breakfast sammy and an ube donut. She is tremendously friendly and talented. Cannot wait to get back to the city to visit again. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend this wonderful place!
