You can pick the ingredients you want, choose your spice level, and mix your own dipping sauce! Personally, I tried the medium spice level for Malatang and found it wasn't very spicy; next time, I might have to step it up to level 4. But everything was good.

The food is pretty expensive! Two people ordered spicy ma la tang. Plus two orders of skewers - not much food, almost $140! There wasn't any option to choose the meat for the spicy ma la tang!
