Okay, I never write food reviews....I moved here from another area and trying to find good chinese food. I feel like most places I've had were fine but trying too hard to be different. I will say as a disclaimer, I use a base to see what places I like. For chinese, it's chicken lo mein, and pork fried rice....so I can't speak on other selections. First, the chicken lo mein, bunch of chicken, not drenched in grease and noodles were excellent. 2nd, pork fried rice came out not yellow 🤔 which i thought, okay, this is different. Let me tell you the flavor was there without feeling like a sodium overload and the pork was well cooked with good flavor. 2 other notes on things I look at, their soy sauce packets are the ones I like, not overly salty in taste. Also, and this is huge for me. I asked for a chilli sauce. I got a little plastic container with a lid so comes off as they make it. Good start. I put it on the lo mein and it's a chilli oil sauce that is more chilli than oil. For the love of God a place that actually adds heat with a hot sauce, seriously. I'm so tired of asking for hotter sauces and nothing. Now I'm not saying it's a hot sauce challenge, but added an actual noticeable heat to the whole dish. People were very cool, place is like any typical Chinese place with generic lit menu above, small waiting area and what not, that's fine! I dont need anything put into atmosphere. Just good food and service and this place is a gem. Found my new spot hands down
