What a cool spot🙏🍷

Negative stars. Genuinely one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had — and I do not say that lightly. I’ve dined at restaurants all over the world, and I cannot remember ever experiencing service this poor. My cousin and I arrived and there was no hostess to greet or acknowledge us for nearly 30 minutes. When we were finally seated, we were taken to a dirty table surrounded by several other dirty, uncleared tables. After being seated, not a single server ever came to our table. Not once. No one introduced themselves, offered us water, took a food order, or even checked on us. We asked for something as simple as a napkin and never received it. We did order a hookah, which was approximately $80 (we were told when we asked for the tab). For a place presenting itself as an upscale establishment and charging upscale prices, the level of service and cleanliness was honestly shocking. Before we left, a woman finally approached us and asked how everything was. I told her directly that the experience had been horrible. At that point, there genuinely was not one positive thing I could say about our visit. We came expecting to have a nice evening and left completely disappointed. Poor service is one thing, but being essentially ignored from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave is another. Unfortunately, based on our experience tonight, I cannot recommend Villa Yara at all.

What a great spot to visit - great atmosphere and exceptional service! Mahmoud made our dining experience truly enjoyable! He was attentive, offered wonderful recommendations, and made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our visit. Thank you, Mahmoud, for the exceptional service!
