Tâm Tâm

This place has been on my list for a while now and was very excited to try it. Food was good, and definitely interesting. I don’t often find authentic Vietnamese food and this place is pretty close. The beef tar tar was actually my favorite dish, which is not one of their best sellers. The wings were also great, but I noticed the flats were substantially better than the drum sticks. The small plates were better than the main dish in my opinion. Service was fine, not bad but not anything to rave about. Restaurant is small and gets packed as soon as they open. Overall, good food, but not worth the drive from Fort Lauderdale. Glad I got to try it though.

Aggressively seasoned Vietnamese street food designed for drinking. Crisp wings glazed in fish sauce caramel, fragrant lamb curry, tamarind ribs, and bright herb salads. Super casual, high-spirited, and welcoming. Drinks come out cold and fast. Chaotic, colorful, and wildly fun. Between the frozen jungle birds and the karaoke machine in the restroom, it feels like an authentic party with killer food.

Wow. 1 person walk in at 8:50 Restaurant has empty tables and empty bar seats reserved for 9:30 and they won't seat me even though I just wanted 2 small plates. In and out. Way to loose customers. Miami hospitality at it's best
