Beware - Do Not place online orders! I have ordered Haitian food here several times before and never had a problem with my orders but on Tuesday I placed an online order through google and days later I still haven’t been able to pick up my food or get a refund. I tried to pick up my food multiple times throughout the following days but the door was locked and they would not answer the phone. When I finally spoke to the restaurant, they told me they can’t locate my order so they won’t make my food.
hello mam we were closed on the day you ordered your meal and you called us the next day saying you ordered it but there was no order history under your name also when we close our business we say were closed online its not our fault that you ordered on a business that was closed call also we only receive your call Wednesday then the next day you say this mam I'm sorry but there is nothing we can do with without evidence of the order have a nice day btw don't make false claims next time
