I wasn’t sure what I was in the mood for… chicken shawarma or a chicken burrito from the taco place right next door. Decisions, decisions! But, as luck… or fate, would have it… Batman chose correctly go ‘round! LOL! Take a look at these pics! The first one is right when I peeled back the foil on my shawarma… absolutely colossal and sumptuous! The second pic is what was left over from having fallen out of my generously overstuffed pita! It was like a bonus serving when I was done with the first! The flavors were dynamic, rich, and so perfectly complemented each other that everything melded together into a seamless, palate-pleasing mélange.
