We were so so glad we tried out Rosita's last night. The food is absolutely incredible , very reasonably priced and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the mini pupusa sampler, chicken tamal, sweet corn tamal, sopa de res and the pollo con tajadas. The sopa de res is the soup that I have been searching high and low for! It's the perfect tasty comfort soup filled with veggies, plantains, yucca and tender beef. The pupusas were excellent - the best we've had in the area by far. Their hot sauce is also amazing - a perfect kick without drowning out the delicious flavors in the food. We can't wait to dine at Rositas again!
