Came with my partner to enjoy some late night dinner and we were happy with our dish! I got a vegan pho with tofu and my partner got a spicy oxtail pho. The vegan was a little bland, but the oxtail pho was literally otherworldly. Incredibly delicious. I do wish the vegan pho was a little more flavorful, even without meat there can be flavors. The space was very cute, we ate on cushions stairs and I liked the tree effect created with the decor. We ordered from a screen and the food took a second to come out, but it was worth it. Took me a second to find the place, it’s on the second floor of another restaurant. People inside will direct you to the top. Very nice place, very nice food.

Mathilda, thank you so much for this lovely recap! It sounds like the oxtail pho did exactly what it's meant to do, and we're thrilled your partner got to experience that. We hear you on the vegan pho and appreciate the honest feedback since bold, layered flavor in our plant-based options is absolutely something we can push further. So glad the space and the late night vibes hit the mark, and we hope to have you both back again soon!

Food: unfortunately, probably one of the worst Pho and spring rolls I had. The soup was lukewarm at best, which makes it impossible to "cook" the herbs and bean sprouts. The noodle texture was not right, a bit overcooked. The tofu was okay, but only 3 tiny pieces. The veggie spring rolls were not crispy (maybe pre-fried?) and it was basically a gigantic taro stick inside without much more. Also, the menu has changed quite a bit from the photos with apparently fewer options. Also, add another $4-5 for the price to what you see in the menu photos. Service: very friendly and energetic staff, but not attentive. Didn't notice my Pho had not utensils when they brought it to me table, and I asked for them and she said you could go get them from the order counter. It was 8pm at night not like she was busy. 🤪 Atmosphere: hip with energetic background music, but really couldn't offset the bad food.

Hi K, thank you for the detailed feedback on the food, service, and atmosphere. Our pho should reach the table hot enough to wilt the herbs and bean sprouts. We’re completing maintenance on our kitchen equipment so every bowl is served at the right temperature. Since September we’ve also moved to fresh rice noodles made the same day. They’re a wider cut than the dried noodles we used before, so the texture is different from what some guests are used to. The same maintenance covers how we hold our fried items, so our veggie spring rolls reach the table fresh and crispy. Some of the menu photos on Google were taken before our recent menu and pricing updates, so our current menu is the best reference. Every dine-in bowl should come to the table with utensils, brought by our team. We’ve shared your feedback with the team so that’s the experience every guest gets. We’re glad the team’s energy and the atmosphere came through, and we’d welcome the chance to serve you a better bowl next time.

Terrible, overpriced pho. My noodles were overcooked mush. The bowl was small and unsatisfying. Why do all my fellow millennials care about making food look good on IG, instead of how it actually tastes? Just go up the street to Pho 75 for an authentic experience for cheaper.

Hi Dennis, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our pho is built on our 48-hour bone broth, and since September we’ve been serving fresh rice noodles made the same day. They’re a wider cut than the noodles we used before, so the texture is different from what some guests are used to. We’d like to hear more about your visit and make your next bowl a better experience. Please reach out to me directly at [email protected].
