Worst service ever. This worker was on his phone while customers were in the restaurant. I also saw cockroaches crawling on the floor, which was disgusting. A woman started complaining about the situation, and instead of taking it seriously, the workers started laughing. When I asked politely if they could remake my fries because they were hard, they became defensive and rude. Overall, the workers were extremely disrespectful, and the experience was terrible. I will never go back to this location. If you’re looking for better service do you a favor and go to Coconut Grove is MUCH better than this location.
