Delicious plov, of course. The kompot is really refreshing and not overly sweet! Loved the fresh samsa and the lamb ribs

First of all, I love the name "registan" it means desert in uzbeki as well as urdu - if they can eat food this delish in the desert then i'm there - lamb plov, beef cubes, beef liver a salad and that fresh fiery red pepper - it's a meat eaters paradise! i have to stop here because i can become tiresome in my praise - GO!
